Welcome to ADC's Winter 2025-2026 Challenge! Get ready for an exciting journey as we virtually connect our team across continents in 90 days.

Our goal is to collectively travel 6,000 miles across 15 meaningful destinations – connecting 7 US team cities with our 9 team cities in the Philippines!

Create a team, and compete while exploring locations that matter to our ADC family. The challenge begins November 1st and continues through JANUARY 31nd.

After registering, you'll be able to:

  • See other participants' locations (optional) on our global map
  • Receive a personalized digital bib and completion award
  • Earn badges and recognition for consistent activity streaks
  • Log a variety of activities that convert into miles on our global route
  • Share photos and comment on other participants' logs
  • Chat with team members and build community
  • Compete on individual and team leaderboards
  • Test your geography skills with "Where in the World?" quizzes at each location

About the Challenge

This winter's virtual route takes you on a treasure hunt connecting US Team Cities across two countries. Starting at Pompton Plains, we'll journey through states like NJ, CT, and NC before crossing the Pacific to visit our Philippines team cities!

Each location features "Where in the World?" geography challenges where you'll guess coordinates and identify landmarks from photos. Learn fascinating facts about what to see in each American city and Philippine destination, building cross-cultural knowledge across our global team.

You can log running or walking miles, or choose from nearly 80 different exercise options that our software converts into miles on the route. Every activity you complete advances your team along our global journey!
